The discussion covers various aspects of the ECB’s decision.  There does seem to be a broad consensus, which is always a good news/bad news story. Last December, you may recall there also was a consensus, and although Draghi largely met it, the euro rallied strongly from near $1.0525 to almost $1.10.It took us until last month to return to those lower levels. Â
