After the USD continued its gradual advance, the focus returns to the old continent. A long list of figures from the UK could give us a view on post-Brexit Britain. GBP remains quite volatile two weeks ahead of the “real†BOE meeting. Also the other big event of the week is upon us: the ECB decision. Pressure is mounting also here with growing speculation about easing in September.
