Stocks were mostly higher today, though the Dow extended its losing streak to . Oil prices fell today, after retail sales growth in China dulled demand prospects. February-dated West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude shed 58 cents, or 0.8%, to settle at $70.71 per barrel.Gold prices finished lower amid geopolitical tension, but remain stable ahead of the Fed meeting.
