Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Dec. 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., (Nasdaq:GFED), the holding company (the “Company”) for Guaranty Bank, today announces a dividend per common share of $.12 for its fourth quarter ending December 31, 2017. The dividend is a $.02 increase (or 20%) from the $.10 per common share declared and paid to its shareholders for each of the previous three fiscal quarters in 2017. The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2018 to stockholders of record on January 3, 2018.
