Preview: Fed decision and lots of GDP data

After Carney and Draghi said their word, the baton passes to Janet Yellen. No change is expected in rates, but hints for future policy and an assessment of the economy will be closely watched. In addition, we get the first GDP figures from a host of countries, most importantly the US. The last week of the first month of the quarter is always busy and promises a hot summer also now.
