Global Profit Technologies Retains SRFF, FCM360 Rolls out Hosting Service in Tokyo

Listed financial software developer Global Profit Technologies, which is behind the iconic 4X-DAT software, said on Friday that it will retain law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP to help it raise $5 million worth of funds and as its legal counsel on securities.

“After a careful selection process, we determined that SRFF would provide us with the best opportunity to connect with the capital markets. The firm’s experience in all matters in the securities industry, capital formation, up listing to national exchanges and introductions to broker-dealers, private and institutional investors, gives us confidence that we will succeed,” said Global Profit’s CEO and Chairman Joseph Nemeth in a press release.
