Dow, SPX Nab New Highs Before Turning Lower

While total volume is low, options traders are targeting FLUT at a higher-than-usual rate. Already, 3,046 calls and 199 puts have crossed the tape, which is 7 times the average intraday volume. The most activity is taking place at the December 250 call, while new positions are opening at the next most popular contract, the 300 call from the same monthly series.
